Purpose: Single reference for gap sources and current status. Live checks: LIVE_VERIFICATION_LOG_2026-03-30.md. Full recommendation backlog is not auto-complete — see ALL_RECOMMENDATIONS_AND_IMPROVEMENTS_LIST.md and STILL_NOT_DONE_EXECUTION_CHECKLIST.md.
