DON Config for Etherlink (when CCIP supported)
When Etherlink (42793) is supported by CCIP, register Etherlink in the CCIP DON and run Commit/Execute tests.
- Add Etherlink chain selector to DON config. Register Etherlink as destination in Commit and Execute node configs.
- Run Commit/Execute tests for 138 to Etherlink (and reverse if applicable).
