Naming: phase1-discovery-YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS.md (report) and .log (mirror).
Runbook: docs/03-deployment/PHASE1_DISCOVERY_RUNBOOK.md
Git: reports/phase1-discovery/phase1-discovery-*.md is listed in repo .gitignore (timestamped noise). *.log is already ignored globally. Commit only when you intentionally remove a report from the pattern or store evidence elsewhere.
