## Review method and limitation

- The **public** [Explore / Repos](https://gitea.d-bis.org/explore/repos) page lists repositories under the **d-bis** organization only. Searches for `HYBX` or `sidecar` return *No matching results*, which usually means HYBX repos are **private** or the org is not visible to unauthenticated users.
- Direct fetches to `https://gitea.d-bis.org/HYBX` and to `https://gitea.d-bis.org/HYBX/<repo>` returned *Content not found*, which is consistent with private visibility or access restrictions from the environment used for the review.
- The following is therefore based on: (1) successful `git push` operations to HYBX in this project, and (2) references in `HYBX_Sidecars/README.md` and local git configs.
