Confirm the full current Chain 138 canonical inventory on-chain: run `./scripts/verify/check-contracts-on-chain-138.sh` from a host where RPC is reachable, or open each address on explorer.d-bis.org. Current operator-facing target is **75/75**. Use `SKIP_EXIT=1` for report-only when RPC is unreachable.
