**Sankofa** is a joint venture partner in **PanTel**, a telecommunications infrastructure project with **PANDA** (Pan-African Network for Digital Advancement). ## Getting Started

### Prerequisites
- Node.js 18+ 
- pnpm (recommended) or npm/yarn

### Installation
