## 🔧 Development Setup

### Prerequisites
- Node.js 18+ installed
- npm packages installed in both `webapp/` and `orchestrator/`
- `.env` file created in `orchestrator/` (minimal config is fine for dev)

### Quick Start
```powershell
# From project root
.\scripts\start-all.ps1

# Or manually:
cd webapp; npm run dev
cd orchestrator; npm run dev
```

### Status Check
```powershell
.\scripts\check-status.ps1
```
